Terms and Conditions of the Online Store
§ 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
The store www.perfumebarx.com operates under the terms specified in these Regulations.
These Regulations define the conditions for concluding and terminating Product Sales Agreements, the complaint procedure, as well as the types and scope of services provided electronically via the www.perfumebarx.com store, the rules for providing these services, and the conditions for concluding and terminating electronic service contracts.
Every User, upon commencing activities aimed at using the Electronic Services of the www.perfumebarx.com store, is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Regulations.
In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the following provisions shall apply:

The Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of July 18, 2002,

The Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014,

The Act on Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution of September 23, 2016,

The Civil Code of April 23, 1964, and other relevant provisions of Polish law.
§ 2 DEFINITIONS IN THE REGULATIONS

ORDER FORM – a form available on the website www.perfumebarx.com allowing the placement of an Order.

CLIENT – a User intending to conclude or who has concluded a Product Sales Agreement with the Seller.

CONSUMER – a natural person who concludes a legal transaction with an entrepreneur not directly related to their business or professional activity.
-
ENTREPRENEUR – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality granted legal capacity by law, conducting business or professional activity in their own name.

PRODUCT – a movable item available in the Store that is the subject of the Sales Agreement between the Client and the Seller.

REGULATIONS – these store regulations.

STORE – the online store operated by the Service Provider at www.perfumebarx.com.

SELLER, SERVICE PROVIDER – Mateusz Trempała eCommerce, Głogów 67-200 Kasztanowa 7, NIP: 6932199434, REGON: 541973985.

SALES AGREEMENT – a Product sales agreement concluded between the Client and the Seller via the Store.

ORDER – the Client's declaration of intent constituting an offer to conclude a Product Sales Agreement with the Seller.

PRICE – the value expressed in monetary units that the Client is obliged to pay the Seller for the Product.
§ 3 PRODUCT INFORMATION AND ORDERING

The www.perfumebarx.com store sells Products via the Internet.

Products offered in the Store are new, compliant with the contract, and legally introduced to the Polish market.

Information on the Store's website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the law. By placing an Order, the Client submits an offer to purchase a specific Product under the terms described.

The Product price shown on the Store's website is given in Polish zloty (PLN) and includes all components. The price does not include delivery costs.

Orders can be placed through the website via the Order Form (www.perfumebarx.com) 24/7.

To place an Order in the Store, the Client must read and accept the Regulations during the ordering process.
§ 4 CONCLUSION OF SALES AGREEMENT

To conclude a Sales Agreement, the Client must first place an Order according to § 3.

After placing an Order, the Seller promptly confirms its receipt.

Confirmation binds the Client to the Order. This confirmation is sent via email.

The confirmation includes:

Confirmation of all significant Order details.

A withdrawal form.
-
These Regulations with instructions on the right of withdrawal.

Upon receipt of the email confirmation by the Client, the Sales Agreement between the Client and the Seller is concluded.

Each Sales Agreement will be confirmed by a proof of purchase attached to the Product.
§ 5 PAYMENT METHODS

The Seller provides the following payment methods:

Bank transfer to the Seller's account.

Cash on delivery (after prior arrangement via contact details provided on the site).

For electronic payments, payment must be made before the Order is processed.

The Product will be shipped only after payment is received.
§ 6 COST, TIME, AND METHODS OF DELIVERY

Delivery costs, borne by the Client, are determined during the Order process.

Delivery time includes Product preparation (up to 1-2 business days) and delivery by the carrier (approx. 2 business days within Poland).

Products are delivered in Poland via DPD, InPost, and Orlen.
§ 7 PRODUCT COMPLAINTS

The Seller's liability for non-compliance with the contract is specified by the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.

The Client must notify of any non-compliance via email to perfumebarx@gmail.com or in writing to Kasztanowa 7, Głogów 67-200.

Complaints are processed within 14 days.
-
If justified, the Seller will repair, replace, lower the price, or refund the Product.
§ 8 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Consumer has 14 days to withdraw from the contract without providing reasons.

The Product must be returned within 14 days to: Kasztanowa 7, Głogów 67-200.
-
Costs of returning the Product are borne by the Consumer unless otherwise agreed.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products.
§ 9 TYPE AND SCOPE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES

The Store enables Clients to conclude Sales Agreements online.
§ 10 TERMS OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES

The Store's electronic service is free of charge.

Contracts for electronic services are concluded for a definite period (until Order completion or abandonment).

Technical requirements: internet access, email, browser, Cookies, and Javascript enabled.
§ 11 ELECTRONIC SERVICES COMPLAINTS

Complaints regarding electronic services can be sent to perfumebarx@gmail.com.

Complaints are reviewed within 14 days.
§ 12 FINAL PROVISIONS
-
Contracts via the Store are governed by Polish law.
-
Disputes will first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they fall under the jurisdiction of the appropriate Polish courts.

Consumers may use the ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
